Error accessing the Fee Slip or the Interpretation and Reports

MSCAL.OCX not registered error when accessing the Fee Slip or the Interpretation and Reports.  This is caused by an incorrect version of MSCAL.OCX on your system or that this Microsoft module was not installed on your system.  To correct this:

 

Click here to download the correct version of MSCAL.OCX

 

Run this file

Click Unzip

Click OK when you get the message 1 file unzip successfully

Click Close

 

This is a compressed file that is defaulted to be placed in your C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ folder.

Note: Since this is a Microsoft module and opened when you start Windows, after loading MSCAL you may need to restart your system!
